Consultations
How do I book a consultation?+
Call +91 94152 00001, email contact@kumarlegalsolutions.in, or use the form on our
contact page. We will confirm a convenient time — usually within one working day.
Do you provide online consultations?+
Yes. Video and telephone consultations are available for outstation and NRI clients, and for follow-up meetings once a matter is under way.
What documents should I bring to the first meeting?+
Everything connected to the matter: agreements, notices, court orders, FIR copies, correspondence, receipts and identity proof. If in doubt, bring it — we will identify what is relevant.
Is my consultation confidential?+
Completely. Everything you share is protected by advocate–client privilege, whether or not you ultimately engage the firm.
Fees & Engagement
How are legal fees determined?+
Fees depend on the nature and complexity of the matter, the forum, and the stages involved. We discuss the fee structure transparently at the first consultation, before you commit to anything.
Do you work on a fixed-fee basis?+
For defined work — drafting, registrations, single applications — yes. Litigation is usually structured per stage or per hearing so you always know what a step will cost.
Will I know the realistic chances of my case?+
Yes — that is the point of the case evaluation. We give an honest view of merits and risks at the outset, even when it is not what a client hopes to hear.
Courts & Process
Which courts do you practice in?+
The Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, the Delhi High Court, District Courts across Punjab and Haryana, Delhi District Courts, and tribunals such as the NCLT, DRT and consumer commissions.
How long will my case take?+
It depends on the forum and the relief sought — some matters conclude in weeks, others take years. After evaluating your case we give a realistic timeline and update it as the matter progresses.
How will I be kept informed about my case?+
You receive an update after every hearing — what happened, what comes next, and the next date. You will never have to chase your own advocate for news.
